WARRANTY
Rollok is proud to provide a 3 year warranty on our rolling door and shutter solutions and a 5 year manufacturers warranty on motors. Please contact us for more details on our solutions and the comprehensive warranty that they carry.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Rollok doors, whether manual pull up (torsion spring) or motorized operation are virtually maintenance free. Each manual torsion spring operated unit manufactured at Rollok is counter balanced to allow the unit to stay open.
- Do not put anything in the guide rails/tracks where the door travels.
- Do not use any type of lubricant in any part of the door or guide rails/tracks.
- Doors can be cleaned with a non-corrosive cleaning material such as Windex.
- Do not forcefully slam the manual torsion spring operated unit when closing, this may cause injury and/or damage the unit.
- Use adequate lift when opening the manual torsion spring operated unit as not to forcefully lift/throw open the door. Throwing open the door may damage internal parts and will not constitute as warranty.
- Keep all objects/debris clear of the guide rails/tracks (both motorized and manual torsion spring operated) to allow a clear path for the unit to open and close. Any obstruction can cause damage to the door and will not constitute as warranty.
